Open the PrayGo app wherever you are
Discover where others have posted prayer requests
Find their prayer request and tap 'Amen'
PrayGo app will enable people to connect by posting and responding to prayer requests using Augmented Reality.
You can go on a walk and post a prayer request. PrayGo pins the request on the street/square/park where you are. Others can then discover the prayer request that you have posted.
You can go on a walk and PrayGo will let you know when you are near a prayer request posted by others.
You can read my prayer request in the app, tap the Amen button and I see that I have been prayed for.
Churches will host noticeboards on PrayGo - wherever they are located in the real world.
When I am near their location I can choose to connect with the church. If I ask them to contact me they will be able to get in touch and offer pastoral support.
As a user, I am in control: all users are anonymous to each other. When others users 'Amen' my prayer requests, I will know I have been prayed for.
When I discover a church noticeboard, I can choose to connect with them and give them my details.
A door is opened to God. And a door might be opened for connection with others.
The augmented reality app will be accompanied by a desktop site so it will be accessible to people who can't get out and walk their neighbourhood.
We are currently raising funds to enable the app to happen. If you would like to hear more, contribute or be involved, please get in touch with us. We would love to have your support.
We need to raise £50k to develop the final stage of the app and we need your help to raise the money.
We are inviting big investors to donate £1,000 each, but we are also keen to invite individuals and groups to get involved to raise money, because it's amazing what can be achieved when people get together.
Whatever you are able to contribute, it will help PrayGo to become a reality sooner and start connecting people through prayer!
